Gail thankyou for the coffee machine installed in my shop. My staff used to walk up the street at various times of the day for coffee resulting in a certain amount of lost time. How they simply hit the button grab a good coffee and get back to work. The coffee machine has given me more productive time from my staff through the day. I also enjoy being able to offer customers a freshly ground coffee when they have to wait in the shop for any reason. Having the coffee machine has been a sound business decision.

Prior to having the "Coffee at your place" machine setup in our studio we used to manually make coffees for clients and staff on a wee Breville home machine, this was extremely time consuming and not the best use of our time. Now when a client turns up they'll have a coffee in their hands within a minute or two, it's great! And our staff love it, they drink a lot more coffee now... just quietly I think production levels have increased due to this. Most surprisingly the hot chocolates are a very popular choice. Gail provides outstanding service and re-ordering coffee beans is as easy as sending an email or making a call and it will be delivered to the studio - this is most convenient. I recommend every small business has one of these machines.
